WORKSHOPS
We don't have a workshop space of our own since leaving the old Library, so we turn up in schools, at the Coro, Ford Park, in the streets...anywhere really, and we make things with whoever turns up.
These photos are from Ulverston Charter Weekend, Ford Park Apple Day, Reghed for Penrith's Winter Droving, the Food Waste Project Gala at Lightburn Park, the Dalton Fun Palace day, an Alt Therapies fair in Barrow, Christmas sessions at the Coro, and schools projects with Artspace involving Church Walk, Croftlands and Sir John Barrow schools.
Lately we've turned up with bags of wool, bolts of fabric, carnival costumes and crafting materials and held stalls at the Town Council's Eco Fair with our friends Bomi Carrot and Sue Fletcher.
We are off to Askam in July for a couple of days of scrapmap making. The pictures will be here.
Meantime, here is a some work in progress from our friend Joanna , who is using our fabric to make a Victorian dress for Hallowe'en. Look out for a very elegantly dressed ghost.
