Update
In september we were given vast (vast) amounts of very good and sizable fabrics offcuts, including upholstery, clothing, curtains, bedding, the unidentifiable lightweight and decorative, and school trousery. We currently have a lot of fabric bolts, synthetics, vinyl, tubing, stretchy stuff, hessian, all sorts. We have a large collection of carnival costume, mainly child sizes and all alterable. There is plenty of sewing equipment, wool in balls, hanks and cones.
The crafting collection is really good. We are very grateful to Peter and to Alison for thier donations. There's lots of makings for cards and invites, decoupage, stamping and embossing. We have a lot of coloured A4 card, envelopes, and stencils.
There is curtain material, strong weaves for throws, there are scarves, denim legs and at leadst one child-size orange two-piece.
We are planning a responsible clear-out of a lot of the plastic, which includes cellophane and bathroom ravioli (strips with pockets for carrying soaps) DVD boxes, rolls of metallic sheet, blue plastic spoons and clip-on moustaches. The cellophane is red, blue, green, orange, and purple.
We have paper in rolls, there is newsprint and large sheets of draughting paper. We have cardboard tubes; egg cartons; strips of wooden tongue - and - groove flooring; mannikin half-torsos and a tombstone.
We are your Scrap Store. Come and see.
